Sorry for the confusion on these first two posts.  It seems I had a setting 
wrong on the mailing list which hid the sender of replies.

My guess is that Reed, this is you making this reply immediately below no?

My answer is mostly in the answer to Keith and Boyd, but the entire point is 
fundraising efforts would be turned over to him.  All expenses would be his, 
and he'd receive a percentage of the proceeds as his compensation.

Lee Horne can vouch for Vinson's experience, and I still have his resume he 
submitted for the Executive Director position.
