After reading Reed's comment and the subsequent thread, I have changed my
mind. 

I believe we are best served by staying away from this and other
involvements with the CP unless and until they can demonstrate they can
reliably hold up their commitments for participation and funding. 

Additionally, while the national party advocates a position on the FED, as
Adrien said, the state party is focused on state issues.
