Since I believe we will have some extra money in the bank around the
beginning of March, I believe it is about time we use our "postage"
account.

In order to mail anything at non-profit rates, we need to get a non-profit
permit via the USPS. The total price of this would be $280. With all our
fund-raising efforts, now would be a good time to go ahead and obtain the
permit.

In order to get the best bang for our buck (note, this is all just my
suggestions), I would suggest sending postcards to 1,000 registered
Libertarians. If we get the latest voter registration list, lets take the
last 1,000 people who registered and send them a postcard directing them
to our website and encouraging them to donate, run, and volunteer for the
party. Although we will get plenty of returns, at least we will have valid
addresses and I am sure our website views will take a huge jump. The total
cost of getting 1,000 printed and mailed at non-profit rate is $525.

Does anyone oppose my idea?

Should we target a different group?

Should we wait longer to do this?

Should we explore other options?
