I'm OK with the plan.

Please be aware that when you send mail with a non-profit permit, there 
are extra steps you must take, like sorting in a particular order, 
filling out forms, and delivering to a special area where the Postal 
Service inspects and accepts this kind of mail (while you wait a while).

It's not too difficult, but not simple.  If you learn this process, 
you'll be even more valuable to the team.
