I like the clarity of keeping things at a Parish level. And that each Parish
residents elect their own residents within their own geographic parish. This
eliminates any potential future questions about the selection of
representatives.
My 2 cents worth...

The situation has been resolved, but I'd still like everyone's opinion on
the issue for the future if you have one.
I think what settled the matter is that we aren't sure yet how holding a
combined caucus would look legally to the SoS and how that would affect
formal recognition of the PEC with the State.
I'm also going to have to look into the procedure for getting these PEC's
recognized since the State doesn't handle their elections.
As for the caucuses themselves, the details are being worked on right now,
and I will report back to you all when they are set, as well as get them
posted online.
