[LPL Board of Directors] Performance Based Pay amendment to Executive Director contract

The current tally is:

Mr. Kearney - Aye
Mr. Smith - Aye

Not voted yet:

Mr. Lewis
Mr. Ebarb
Mr. Benedict
Mr. Thompson
Mr. Griffin
Mr. Monteleone (the chair will wait till last to vote per Robert's protocol)

Five votes are needed for a quorum, and a majority of those are needed for 
passage.

Thus we need one more vote, yay or nay, besides my own to proceed.

Please get your votes in soon.

I'd like to tell her what these new terms are and have her sign them in person 
at the caucus tonight.
