[LPL Board of Directors] Performance Based Pay amendment to Executive Director contract

A quorum has been reached.
The votes so far are 5-0 in favor - an absolute majority of the Board having
voted in favor - the motion carries.

Mr. Ebarb
Mr. Benedict
Mr. Thompson
All those who have not yet voted are encouraged to still submit their votes
for the record.
Thanks to everyone, and I will let Wendy know tonight of her new incentive
