[LPL Board of Directors] Performance Based Pay amendment to Executive Director contract

Item #1 ($1/member over 8k) My only concern here is that there's not
necessarily income generated from this and we're running an ambitious
budget as is. Would this still fall under the "provided we have funds"
clause of Wendy's contract? I would assume so, but I wanted to ask for
clarity. 

Item #2 (the $5/dues paying member) sounds good and I don't
see any potential issues with it. Wendy is certainly a great asset to us
and she's already working for very little. 

I'm inclined to vote Aye,
but I wanted to be sure about item 1 first.
