[LPL Board of Directors] Website Updates

Slight correction,

The email list for general member news for each parish will NOT be using a 
subdomain.

That's because the members are to be part of a "umbrella list" for the entire 
state, and we may create district lists in the future.  Thus the news lists 
will be

parish at lplouisiana.org

Umbrella lists can't cross domains, even sub-domains.

The PEC lists though WILL use the subdomains because the mailboxes do.

This should be transparent to anyone except the admins of course.
