[LPL Board of Directors] 2Q Board of Directors Meeting

To allBoard Members,

This is a reminder that we will have our 2Q meeting in New Orleans on 
Saturday, April 13th, 2013.

The meeting will be held at:

Lakeview Harbor Banquet Room
911 Harrison Ave

They normally charge $100 for this room on Saturdays, but are providing it 
instead for the guarantee of 20 people ordering lunch off their regular menu. 
Considering our previous attendance and the fact that we will have likely 15 
members on the Board alone with our new Parish reps, this should not be a 
problem. Please expect to eat lunch at the opening of the meeting.  I will 
have a menu for everyone in a day or so.

We will have wifi access and a net-connected large screen TV. (not sure yet 
about any remote participation possibilities)

The meeting will be posted tomorrow on Meetup.com and our LPL website.

Any registered Libertarian voter is invited to attend. Otherwise, this is a 
closed meeting.

A working agenda will be posted with the meeting announcements.

If you have an item you'd like to add, please submit it no later than March 
30th.  I can't guarantee a time slot, so it's first come first served.  We 
only have four hours, and part of that will be interrupted early on by lunch.

Officer reports are due no later than March 30th as well.

I don't want to schedule time for these reports during the meeting.

I will be sending a template for the reports for you to use if you wish in the 
next week or so.

To submit your reports, simply mail them to this discussion list for all other 
officers to read.

The agenda will be finalized no later than April 6th.
