[LPL Board of Directors] Vacant Position

To all Board Members,

As a reminder, we are still operating with an acting Treasurer.

Recall, the present Secretary, Mr. Ebarb, who is acting Treasurer, had 
expressed an interest in moving permanantly into the Treasurer's office.

If he is still so inclined, we are in need of a Party Secretary to round out 
our officer positions.

If not, we are then in need of a Treasurer.

If you know of anyone who may be interested in either of these 
responsibilities, please contact me as soon as possible.

I'd like to have this issue settled for the April meeting.  We can vote to 
appoint the replacement at that time, or by email beforehand.
