Sorry. I had it in there but I guess in the editing process it got nixed.
We have the meeting room from Noon till 4pm.
I'll schedule a full 3 to 3-1/2 hours of agenda, so we'll not have much
time at the beginning for stragglers and people to "get settled."
I'll let the restaurant know we'll want to order as soon as possible so
we can get that disruption out of the way early. I'm trying to get a
menu with pricing on it today from them so everyone can have an idea
ahead of time what they want to order.
I'll find a way to arrange the agenda so whatever is going on for the
first 30-45 minutes will be compatible with table service and us eating,
perhaps a presentation or two on something. We already have someone
interested in addressing our group as it is that I need to work in.
Call to order will be high noon and adjourn will be 4pm.

Yes. Thanks for asking. I'm working on an outline for each office to
report standard information, but for now, let's work with these figures:
/Each is as of date of report or latest available data.//
All growth # & % should be with reference to Jan 1 (as best as possible)
for all reports throughout the year./
//Monthly tracking of these numbers would be nice, but not required for
this initial report./
/*Voter Registration*/
/Total registered voters
# of new voters
% increase
# of lost voters (those that were on the Jan list that aren't on the
present list)
# of party switchers (those that have a registration date earlier than
Jan 1 but were not on the Jan 1 list)
Highlight of parishes with largest # and % of LBT voters. (I'll have
this included in the SoS list)
/
//Data source for this would of course be the SoS voter list - If you
need the last full list I bought let me know, but I think I already sent
it. I'll also be buying update lists and I'll send that to you as well
when //it comes in./
*LNC Membership
*Total active LNC members residing in La.
# & % of new LNC members
# & % of LNC members that are registered voters. (with annual change # & %)
% of registered voters that are LNC members (with annual change # & %)
/Data source for this would be the LNC Dumps for the state. If you
don't have the latest one (March) let me know and I'll forward it./
*Dues Members & Pledges
*Total annual LPL members (dues paying at $25 or more per year)
# & % change in annual members
% of LBT voters who are annual members.
Breakdown in each level of membership
Perhaps a highlight of parishes with highest # and/or highest percentage
of LPL dues members.
Total monthly pledges in # and $ per month and % change.
Breakdown is fine, but there are lots of levels - up to you.
/Data source for this would be the LPL website notifications and Piryx
payment confirmations. If you don't get these let me know and I'll send
you everything I have and make sure you get them in the future.
/I know the above is more "finance" or treasury stuff, but your
committee is in charge of the db that tracks this. Those two will be
using these numbers to make decisions, but I think should be reported by
the Membership officer.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
That should get you started. I'll have a template for you by Monday for
the rest. Actual #'s won't be final on any of this of course until the
date of the report. Feel free to put as much or little data in there as
you feel appropriate or in the form you feel is most easily read and
understood. Charts and graphs are optional.
Let me know if you have any questions.
