A working agenda has been posted on our website with the meeting announcement.
You can find it by going to the Board of Directors calendar under Events, and
then clicking on the link for this meeting.
There's been some question on the topic of officer reports and meeting time.
I am allotting time for topic discussion, should we need it, to cover those
areas overseen by each supporting officer. Tentatively, I've set aside 10
minutes each.
I've asked for officer reports in advance, so that we all have time to read
and digest the information, and then we can spend our limited meeting time in
discussion and decision making. (if any) If you don't think there is anything
to discuss concerning your committee and its area of responsibility at this
meeting, please let me know so I can free up the time for other things if we
need it.
I've also blocked out time for the Organizers from the 10 parishes that are in
progress to address the Board and let us know how things are going in their
parish, or if they have any special concerns or issues they would like us to
address.
As well, the (soon to be) six Parish Representatives will have a few minutes
each to introduce themselves to the Board and do the same.
I still have a few other things to work in, and this is all still subject to
change. The Agenda will be finalized on April 6th.
Of important note is that we will need to all be prepared to order our meal as
quickly as possible with the least disruption to the meeting. I'm trying to
get a lunch menu with prices from the restaurant and will send it to each of
you as soon as I have it.
