Hell of a plan.

I'm for it.

I suspect in about 5-7 weeks, we'll have another 6 or so parishes strong 
enough to do this as well.

I'll add that these three steps should occur close together but not right on 
top of each other.

Each step needs a bit of time for people to let the idea gel in their minds.

The impact is from the message being reinforced almost when they forgot about 
it from the previous exposure.

I'm sure we can find info on that somewhere.  I'd suspect with the methods laid out, a week or two in between would be just about right.

This can also be done a bit methodically with the first two methods so we can gather some data to see how effective they are.  The mailings and door hangars can be done a precinct (or so) at a time.  This can help keep the need for manpower down as well and make it more doable for smaller parishes.

Elephants (and Donkeys) are eaten one bite at a time.
