Thank you Lee for the suggestion,

However, Mr. Arnold has been a bit "flaky" in the past on his commitments to 
us, so I'm skittish to support him.  Also, the secretary position is not one 
that meetings are easy to schedule around.  We already have a calendar. Our 
rules require the Secretary to be present in order to have a quorum.  If he 
misses a meeting, no matter how many other people are there - there is no 
quorum to do business. This is a strict commitment that cannot be bent. 
Because these meetings involve travel for most people, we can't schedule night 
meetings.  Our window is very tight - the second Saturday of each quarter, 
between 11am and 5pm. (noon-4pm is most likely in most cases)


If he can make EVERY meeting as scheduled, I'll consider voting for him.


We need to find someone who can commit to the schedule that is set out.  I 
don't support changing that schedule, or going through the mess and expense it 
would take to change that rule for one transient office holder.

As for Treasurer, I think Joey Kahrs has someone who's interested.
