[LPL Board of Directors] Resignation of St. Tammany Rep

To all Board members,

The St. Tammany Representative has had to resign for personal reasons. 
He felt it best not to wait too long so that a new rep can be appointed 
and before he gets too involved with LP business.

I am awaiting notice from the St. Tammany Chair if he will be attending 
as designated alternate, or if the PEC will be appointing a replacement 
Rep prior to our April 13th meeting.

I will advise everyone here which course has been chosen as soon as I 
find out.
