[LPL Board of Directors] MOTION FROM THE CHAIR - urgent - radio advertising

I have to strongly object to this proceeding as most of the Reps from 
the parishes have not had a chance to even get into their Emails. We 
also need some time for discussion. This is hasty and ill advised.
