[LPL Board of Directors] MOTION FROM THE CHAIR - urgent - radio advertising

Mr. Hayes,
     I strongly suggest you take a back seat over the next month and learn
how things are done before attempting to come in and change
everything. When I joined the party in early 2012, we had less than
10 people at the convention, no candidates, and no income. A year
later, look where we are. Many things would not be possible today
without the relentless, determined work of a few, unpaid, party
officers.

     Before you change things, I highly suggest you take a back seat to
how things are run and ask why things are a certain way before you
attempt to change something you don't understand. You are ignorant to
how things came to be this way and why certain decisions were made.
Asking and learning tend to help one make an informed decision.

Your ignorance will cause the Party much trouble over the next few months
as you try to change everything to suit you. Learn and ask. The Party
didn't become this strong and large without a few intelligent beings
running it.
