Mr. Hayes,
I will add that a budget was passed at the first meeting for the sole
purpose of governing the spending of our money. If we start to
overspend in a certain area, we need to cut the spending in that
area. Our 1st quarter projections were on pace for what we wanted and
therefore, the budget should be followed whenever possible. Since we
are overspending in certain areas of our budget, I will propose we
cut our spending at the next meeting.
