[LPL Board of Directors] Investigative Committee Result

To all Board members,

The Investigative Committee taskedwith looking into thespecifications 
and charges against Mr. Lewis has conducted a full and thorough review 
of all of the information.

They have voted to return "no bill" of charges against Mr. Lewis.

Therefore, this matter is closed.

There will not be a judicial hearing at the meeting this Saturday.

Finalagenda will be posted this evening.

The suspension of Mr. Lewis in his capacity as Vice-Chairman is hereby 
lifted effective immediately.
