[LPL Board of Directors] Addendum to Judicial Notice

To all Board Members,

Since the Investigative Committee has voted to return no charges against 
the Vice-Chairman, there is hereby placed an informal "gag order" on all 
Board members now, and forever, against speaking of these matters, in 
any detail, with anyone who is not presently a Board member.

While there is no power to enforce this orderby the Party, if you decide 
to speak of these issues outside of the Board, even toother Party 
members, you may be subject in your individual capacity to libel action 
in a court of lawbrought by the accused orhis counsel.
