If we have room on the agenda, I would like to discus revising the by laws to prohibit people offering personal/business services during meetings that are to discuss party business by officers, employees, or members.  Also to discuss Board members running for office while a member of the board.  
 
And to discuss adding in a section to clarify and formalize email discussion and electronic voting for items that happen in between Board meetings.  I understand that Roberts Rules frown upon such things, but we are a small party and until we get big and are able to put a permanent connection in place for ad hoc meetings, we really need to have a formal procedure to have official discussions by electronic means.  We can put into place minimum lead times, minimum discussion times and a voting time period.  Or if after discussion we as the board decide to limit all official business of the Board to the quarterly meting then that is the decision of the board, but we need to discuss it and vote it completely out, or in with rules in place to protect the integrity of the votes and discussions.  But we need to discuss it and vote it out or in regardless.

The Investigative Committee taskedwith looking into thespecifications and charges against Mr. Lewis has conducted a full and thorough review of all of the information.

They have voted to return "no bill" of charges against Mr. Lewis.

Therefore, this matter is closed.

There will not be a judicial hearing at the meeting this Saturday.

Finalagenda will be posted this evening.

The suspension of Mr. Lewis in his capacity as Vice-Chairman is hereby lifted effective immediately.
