Oh..I forgot to mention that I am all for amending the by laws, one of 
the main by laws I want to amend are the ones that make it virtually 
impossible to amend but ever 4 years. Also, its as hard or harder to 
change/create standing rules as it is to change the by laws. Obviously, 
changes to the by laws should be difficult to do, but to be essentially 
unable to do but every 4 years is a bit too rough. I am all for the By 
Laws committee.
