[LPL Board of Directors] Cancellation of Tomorrow's Board Meeting

  I wish to inform all members of the SCC that we are still having the 
meeting. It has been confirmed with Lakeview Harbor that the room is 
still ours for noon.  While we can not have quorum without the 
Secretary, we can meet and set an adjourned meeting. Even if there is a 
provision within the by laws that I have missed allowing for the 
Chairman to officially cancel a meeting as free individuals we can still 
get together to plan and fellowship together.  There will be at least 
one professional parlimentarian in attendance to advise us going 
forward. C Allen Jennings author of "Robert's Rules for Dummies" MAY 
also be in attendance. The request to him is being sent out through the 
other parlimentarian, we have to see if he can be there.  All SCC 
members are encouraged to be there so that we can work together to get 
through this difficult situation. Anyone with any questions is free to
