[LPL Board of Directors] Calling things what they actually are.

Dear Mr Hayes:
Thank you for your observation and insight in the potential confusion 
that may cause problems in communications and understanding.

This communication shall be sent to all concerned and should provide to 
curtail any potential problems. Since in our by-laws and state law, 
which we can not afford to be in contradiction with at any time, by the 
power granted to this office as Chairman, we shall go back to using the 
SCC term that complies with our rules. If there is any objections please 
share with this committee and the members. If there are no objections 
with 72 hours, Our Secretary should make a change in our records to show 
that we are in order with the State laws, our By-laws and our 
organization.
