Gentlemen:
With the use of a cell phone video which most of us have you could
video the conference and there are free conference calls that will allow
up to 1,000 callers. Your budgets may certainly afford these free
services. There is no need to spend unnecessary funds for the
communications of these meeting unless you want to act as the government
that we oppose with their spending habits. If you need any more
