[LPL Board of Directors] Current Financial State of Affairs and other matters.

Reed was at the bank today seeing about changing the account access, 
I'm not clear on what the delay has been. I have requested piryx access 
as well but haven't heard anything. I cannot verify any financial 
info/budget info until I have access to all this and make sure only 
authorized parties are able to access the info.
